Students who have already participated in the Spring School of the ecomocis faculty are unfortunately not allowed to participate in the Micro Credential.
The number of participants is limited to 30.

Online on the Moodle platform, practical parts partly on campus.

Structure
Small Micro Credential 5 ECTS (500 Points)
• Mandatory frame courses with 200 Points
• Elective micro courses with 300 Points
• 1 Mandatory practical course
Major Micro Credential 10 ECTS (1000 Points)
• Mandatory frame courses with 200 Points
• Elective micro courses with 800 Points
• 2 Mandatory practical courses
Examinations
You will complete the Micro Credential with a reflection assignment. You can expect various examination forms, such as multiple-choice tests and smaller written submissions within the courses. For the mandatory practical courses, participation is sufficient.

We will also introduce you to what entrepreneurship is, why innovative action is so essential for companies and our society, and what kind of mindset you need. |

Lean Start-Up | 100 | Entrepreneurial thinking and action are required in many areas of the profession. Here you will learn how to implement innovations quickly and continuously improve them. |
Customer Development I&II | 200 | Customer Development is about all the issues surrounding your target group. In the first part of the course, you will learn how to make assumptions about your business model. Based on this, we show you how to define and segment your target group.
The second part of the course is about validating business models. For this purpose, various test procedures for checking the assumptions are presented.

SWOT & TOWS | 200 | Here you will learn how to analyse a company and its environment. We show you how to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and how to develop business and marketing strategies from them. |
Bullseye Framework | 100 | This is about how companies can find suitable marketing and sales channels, how a sales process is designed and which key figures are essential. |
Business Model Canvas | 300 | With the Business Model Canvas, you learn how to develop a business idea into a business model. Both internal and external competencies are considered and illustrated. |
How to Pitch | 200 | In this course, you will learn what to pay attention to create a convincing pitch. We’ll show you what a pitch is and what content belongs in every pitch, and you’ll get practical tips and tricks for creating a visually appealing presentation. |
Reflection portfolio | 100 | You will complete the Micro Degree with a reflection assignment. We will show you exactly how this works and why this method helps you retain what you have learned better. |
