The seminar examines an innovation challenge of a company in the context of a project work using Design Thinking. The topic therefore has a strong practical relevance. The student project team consists of 5-6 people. At the beginning of the course there is an introduction to the challenges to be addressed by the practice partner. During the course, participants are introduced to methods of design thinking and receive feedback on their progress. In a final presentation at the practice partner, the groups present the results of their project work. Afterwards, the participants prepare their individual final report, which is based on the results of the group work.
