Law of Economics
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with a basic understanding of the nature, systematic and central contents of private and public law of economics. Students shall develop a differentiated view of the issues of economic life and to assign them to the legal rules. They shall be taught the legal principles and norms as well as the subsummation to concrete cases (legal methods). The handling of relevant jurisprudence and case law and its critical evaluation is also to be practiced. Therefore, the focus shall be to apply abstract legal rules to concrete issues to develop legal solutions.
