International and German Law of Economics I
The participants should be able to differentiate between different life situations and assign relevant legal regulations. In addition, the participants should name and define the legal facts in order to examine in more detail whether the respective life circumstance can be subsumed under a specific regulation. In this respect, the outlining of relevant case law and a critical appraisal of the same are to be practiced. The focus is thus on applying abstract regulations to a variety of problem situations in business life by working out legal, sometimes contentious matters in order to be able to develop possible solutions.
